MEET BEN
Hi, I'm Ben, the owner of West End Wanders.
I've always loved dogs and have had them as part of my life from a young age. Growing up, I've had experience with a variety of breeds including German Shepherds, Labradors, Miniature Schnauzers and a Bichon Frise/Poodle mix.
Over the years I've simply enjoyed being around dogs and getting to know their different personalities. West End Wanders is my way of turning that passion into something of my own while providing a genuinely personal service for local dog owners.
I understand that every dog is different. Some are confident and full of energy, while others need more patience, reassurance and time to feel comfortable. That's why I don't believe in treating every walk the same.
My aim is simple: to give your dog a safe, enjoyable walk and give you the peace of mind of knowing they're being cared for properly.

PERSONAL CARE
Your dog isn't just another booking. I take the time to get to know them and their individual needs.
SOLO WALKS
One-to-one walks mean your dog gets my full attention without being placed into a large group.
REGULAR UPDATES
Photos and updates after walks help you see how your dog's day has gone and keep you connected while they're out with me.
A RELATIONSHIP YOU CAN TRUST
I want to build a long-term relationship with both you and your dog, so you have someone reliable you can come back to.
PET FIRST AID TRAINED
Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are always a priority. I have completed Pet First Aid Training so I am better prepared to respond appropriately should an emergency occur while your dog is in my care.
LARGE & RESTRICTED BREEDS
I am comfortable working with larger breeds and am willing to walk legally compliant XL Bullies in accordance with current UK requirements, including the required lead and muzzle arrangements.
I understand that larger and more powerful breeds can require additional care, confidence and experience. Every dog is considered individually during the free meet & greet so that their needs and any legal requirements can be discussed before walking.
